“We are an Interior-based bank. That means our directors and investors are all from Interior Alaska. Our staff and management live and work here. We are part of the community, and as such we want the community to be a part of us. Our customers don't have to go to Anchorage to get the answers to their loan requests or dial some number out of state to get information on their accounts,” explains Bank President Jyotsna “Jo” Heckman.  "We conduct all our business locally-all decisions are made locally, and our loan servicing happens locally.  We are proud of our ability to deliver exemplary service to our customers."
