Credit Administration Manager

Status:           Full-time, Exempt

Location:      Denali State Bank – Main Office
                      119 N. Cushman Street
                      Fairbanks, AK 99701
  

Hours:          Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Position Summary
This is a leadership position and key member of our Commercial Loans Department responsible for loan documentation review, financial statement monitoring and analysis, and collateral monitoring and analysis.  This position is also responsible for supervision, training, and performance management of staff. 

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience with credit administration.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.  Several years of progressively responsible experience working in a financial institution that included credit administration and/or loan documentation duties preferred. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong management and organization skills
Broad knowledge of current Federal and State Banking Regulatory guidelines and policies
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Excellent credit and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written documentation skills
Ability to work independently and use independent judgment with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities 

Physical Demands
Moderate physical activity.  Requires handling of items up to 40 pounds.  May require standing and walking for extended periods of time.
