Customer Service Representative
Location Denali State Bank – Main Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1pm – 5pm
**This position offers flexibility to allow completion of school work or other related activity while answering telephone.
1. High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience with customer service
Current enrollment in an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree program
2. Advanced knowledge of computers (i.e. MS Office Suite) and common office equipment.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
4. Must demonstrate professional image and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
