Position:       Executive Assistant (Full Time)  

Location:        Denali State Bank – Main Branch

Salary:            $32,178/year and up DOE

Hours:            Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., must be flexible to occasionally work outside normal working hours as needed with special events.

Summary: Provide high level clerical and administrative support to the President & Chief Executive Officer by conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving customers/visitors, arranging bank events and meetings, and maintaining and scheduling President’s calendar.  This position also provides clerical and special projects support to Senior Management as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: HS Diploma or GED required.  A minimum of 3 years high level administrative experience in a professional setting required.  Must be friendly and exhibit a cheerful demeanor, have an outgoing personality, and take care in their personal appearance due to their role as a representative of both the Bank President and the Bank.  Must have demonstrated proficiency with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.  Must be able to employ discretion and tact and maintain confidentiality as appropriate, as well as have demonstrated time management skills, being able to work with limited supervision.  Must have demonstrated longevity in previous position(s). Must be able to provide previous employment-related references.

Additional: 2 year degree or certificate in office occupations preferred.  College coursework in the areas of business, finance, or management preferred.
