Position Overview
This is a senior level position that is responsible for the internal audit function of the bank and is functionally accountable to the Board of Directors Audit Committee and reports to the President on administrative matters.  Duties include, but are not limited to, determines adequacy of internal controls; reviews policies and procedures; verifies existence of assets, income and expense; reviews reliability of accounting and reporting system; reports and recommends corrective actions where necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a major such as finance, accounting or business administration and familiarity with and/or knowledge of auditing concepts.  Experience with banking operations is preferred but not required.  

Physical Demands
Moderate physical activity.  May require standing and walking for extended periods of time.
