Position: Teller Supervisor (Full Time)
Location: Denali State Bank – Golden Heart Branch

Fairbanks, AK 99707
Salary: $17.73/hour and up DOE

Hours: Rotating Schedule:
Sunday thru Saturday 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. or
10:15 a.m.- 7:15 p.m.
Summary: Supervise tellers in the performance of their duties, providing operational guidance and instruction. Assist Branch Manager with compliance for the teller area. Responsible for supervising, training and evaluating teller staff, and assisting the branch manager in all areas of branch operations. In the absence of the Branch Manager, the Teller Supervisor assumes responsibility for making operational decisions consistent with established policies and procedures and is responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 3 years teller experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Cross-selling or other sales experience preferred. Individual must have a solid understanding of bank operations and familiarity with federal banking regulations.
Additional: Supervisory experience in a banking environment preferred.
