Teller - Fairbanks
Employment Status: Non-Exempt; Full-time
Location: Main Office - 119 N. Cushman Street - Fairbanks, AK
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday to include occasional Saturday shifts. Work hours vary between 8:45am – 6:15pm.
Compensation: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour DOE. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package to include health insurance, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience with cash handling, customer service, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to interact well with others.

Teller - Tok
Employment Status: Non-Exempt; Full-time
Location: Tok Branch - Tok Junction, Mile 1314 AK HWY - Tok, AK
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:15am – 6:15pm.
Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE plus $5,000.00 signing bonus (special terms apply). This position offers a comprehensive benefits package to include health insurance, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.

Loan Servicing Manager
Employment Status: Exempt; Full-time
Location: Main Office - 119 N. Cushman Street - Fairbanks, AK
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $78,000 - $130,000 per year DOE plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package to include health insurance, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, etc.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position oversees the Loan Servicing Department, which includes mortgage, consumer, commercial and construction loans. Duties include supervision of staff, investor remittances and reporting, escrow and reserve analysis, insurance monitoring, contract collections, and includes assisting with loan production, certifications and funding. This position reports to the Chief Lending Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has at least five years’ experience in Loan Servicing in a financial institution to include supervisory/management experience. In the absence of loan servicing experience, applicants with demonstrated management experience in banking may also be considered. Demonstrated supervisory/management experience required.
