Welcome to the Best Bank on the Block.

Dear Prospective Denali State Banker,

At Denali State Bank, our employees are our greatest asset. We are proud to hire local talent who know our community and take care of our customers better than anywhere else. Our employees steer the path in our mission to become the bank of choice for interior Alaskans.  For the third year in a row, we're proud to be named the #1 Best Bank in Fairbanks by the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner Readers' Choice Awards!

Locally-owned and operated since 1986, our community bank provides customers with local banking options, expertise, and personalized service. Simply put, it's "banking that matters." What does that mean? Along with investing time and funds into the community, we employ over 80 professionals with 5 branches in total located in Fairbanks and Tok. We also live, work, and play locally! All of which gives back to the community and supports the local economy.

Interested in joining our banking family? We look for "born bankers." This means passion for customer service and volunteering in the community. It means working smarter, not harder. It means tireless dedication to learning and growing. Most importantly, it means creating value for our customers, the organization and our community.

If you consider yourself a "born banker," please view our available Career Opportunities below. If you don't see an available opportunity, don't be discouraged! Like we mentioned, we're a family and we don't leave home often. But, if and when there's an opportunity, be sure to check back frequently. We look forward to meeting you.

Sincerely,
Denali State Bank
