Credit Analyst
Employment Status: Exempt; Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Location: Main Office - 119 N. Cushman Street - Fairbanks, AK
Compensation & Benefits: $55,000 - $90,000 per year DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a team member of the Commercial Loans Department, this position is responsible for credit analysis of commercial loan requests and assists lending staff with the preparation of credit presentations to include financial statement spreads, covenant testing, collateral analysis, risk ratings, cash flow analysis, annual review, relationship exposure and underwriting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, business or related field required. Emphasis in accounting strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience in financial analysis and the ability to model complex transactions in Excel preferred.
- Credit skills such as financial spreading, calculating and interpreting financial ratios, and evaluating credit reports preferred.
Marketing Specialist
Employment Status: Non-Exempt; Part-time (30 hours per week)
Location: Main Office - 119 N. Cushman Street - Fairbanks, AK
Compensation & Benefits: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE plus health insurance benefits
Position Overview This position helps develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing and advertising campaigns across a variety of channels and assists with marketing events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns such as email, social media, print campaigns, digital campaigns and events.
- Monitors and assists with social media efforts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, daily support of social media such as developing and posting content, promoting events through social media, building engagement, monitoring interactions, etc.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as products and services collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Responsible for bank website maintenance and development.
- Maintains search engine business profiles to include holidays, business hours, updated profile photos, etc.
- Assist with special events (both internal and external) including event photography/video, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- Marketing experience required. College coursework in marketing and/or graphic design may substitute for hands-on experience at the discretion of management.
- Valid driver’s license required in order to conduct bank related business. Willingness to drive personal vehicle required.
- Availability to work outside of normal business hours in order to assist with bank sponsored events and activities required. This includes evenings (after 5pm) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as search engine optimization, social media, copywriting, etc.) and market research methods.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience in marketing data analytics preferred.
- Graphic design knowledge and skills preferred.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge to include MS Office, marketing software and applications such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; Google Adwords, etc.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
Loan Processing Specialist
Employment Status: Non-Exempt; Full-time
Location: Main Office - 119 N. Cushman Street - Fairbanks, AK
Compensation & Benefits: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour DOE; This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Loan Processing Specialist performs a variety of duties related to the processing and minimal servicing of Commercial, Consumer and Construction loans. Duties include, but are not limited to: establishing loan files, preparing accurate and timely documentation, data entry, customer service, etc. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional with excellent written communication skills, critical thinking and analytical abilities, along with excellent attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in banking, loan processing or servicing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
- Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment.
- Ability to accurately and consistently apply knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Must have attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
