Locally-owned and operated since 1986, our community bank provides customers with local banking options, expertise, and personalized service. Simply put, it's "banking that matters." What does that mean? Along with investing time and funds into the community, we employ over 80 professionals with 5 branches in total located in Fairbanks and Tok. We also live, work, and play locally! All of which gives back to the community and supports the local economy.
Interested in joining our banking family? We look for "born bankers." This means passion for customer service and volunteering in the community. It means working smarter, not harder. It means tireless dedication to learning and growing. Most importantly, it means creating value for our customers, the organization and our community.
If you consider yourself a "born banker," please view our available Career Opportunities below. If you don't see an available opportunity, don't be discouraged!
