Employment Status:  Full-time; Non-Exempt
Location:  Main Office - Fairbanks, Alaska
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday; 8am - 5pm 
Compensation:  $41,600 - $65,000 per year DOE       

This position performs a variety of duties related to processing Commercial Loans.  Duties include, but are not limited to: setting up loan files, preparing accurate and timely documentation, inputting data into computer system, communicating/interacting with customers, etc.  The Commercial Loan Specialist career path offers progressive levels of advancement based on performance, knowledge, and/or experience.    


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.  College coursework and/or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred. 
  • Experience in banking and/or a professional office setting required.  Loan processing/servicing experience preferred. 
  • Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment. 
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to draft and proofread professional correspondence; professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
