LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT

Employment Status:  Full-time; Non-Exempt

Location:  Main Office - Fairbanks, Alaska

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday; 8am - 5pm; Must be able to perform work after-hours including weekends

Compensation:  Depends on Experience (DOE)                                                   

This position is responsible for providing high level support to the Mortgage Loan Origination team to include high touch customer service, customer relations, and mortgage specific marketing activities such as realtor visits, attending industry related events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.  College coursework or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment required.  Experience with providing high level support in a business setting or equivalent required (such as Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or other position that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position).  Previous experience in the mortgage industry preferred.  Previous sales experience preferred. 
  • Valid driver’s license required in order to conduct bank related business.  Willingness to drive personal and/or bank owned vehicle required.

TELLER- TOK

**This position is located in Tok, Alaska**

Employment Status:  Full-time; Non-Exempt

Location:  Tok Branch - Tok, Alaska

Work Schedule:   Monday-Friday; hours vary between 8:45am – 6:15pm

Compensation:  $17.00 - 22.00 per hour DOE

TELLER- MAIN OFFICE

Employment Status:  Full-time; Non-Exempt

Location:  Main Office - Fairbanks, Alaska

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm and 9:15am – 6:15pm 

Compensation:  $15.00 per hour ($31,200 per year) + DOE

E-Banking Specialist I, II, III

Employment Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt                     

Location:  Main Office- Fairbanks, Alaska

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Minimum Pay Range:  $17.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

The E-Banking Specialist provides support to all users of the various electronic payment systems including online banking, ATM and visa check cards, wire transfers, ACH, currency orders and shipments to and from the Federal Reserve Bank, large return notifications, overdrafts, return item processing, Canadian check processing, telephone banking management, fraud monitoring with customer verification tracking, and mail room duties. Also provides resolution for error adjustments to the Federal Reserve cash letters as well as dispute claims against all other payment systems. 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in banking operations with at least one year of experience as a Teller or an equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience.  2+ years in banking operations preferred.
