Employment Status:  Full-time; Exempt

Location:  Main Office - Fairbanks, Alaska

Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday; Ability to work outside normal business hours when required. 

Compensation:  Salary DOE + Bonus; Comprehensive Benefits Package                                                                        

This position is responsible for managing and growing profitable commercial lending relationships with current and prospective customers.   Ideal candidates are those who have an interest in business development and the ability to manage a loan portfolio in excess of $25 million and/or contain over 250 client accounts.  While normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, the position offers schedule flexibility, a progressive work environment, and opportunities for career advancement and community involvement.  


  • College coursework and/or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required.  Experience in Commercial Lending may substitute for college coursework/degree requirement.  
  • Previous experience working in a bank, sales department, accounting/finance, and/or relationship management required.  
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to promote bank products and services. 
  • Proficiency with computer programs and office equipment.
