Assistant Branch Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time; Exempt
Location: Main Office - Fairbanks, AK
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday to include occasional Saturdays; Hours between 8:45am - 5:30pm and 9:15am - 6:15pm
Pay Range: $59,000 - $78,000 per year DOE
JOB OVERVIEW This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of branch operations including supervision and training of staff, night depository services, Synergy, mail-in deposits and other operation functions. The normal work schedule is Monday – Friday; however, the position requires Saturday shifts and may fill-in at other branches, when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College coursework, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
- Progressively responsible experience in branch operations preferably in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrated experience with staff supervision and training.
- Strong knowledge of banking operation policies and procedures, banking regulations and corresponding requirements.
Loan Servicing Specialist
Employment Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Location: 119 N Cushman Street
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $21.50 - $32.00 per hour DOE
JOB OVERVIEW
This position performs a variety of duties related to servicing of Mortgage, Consumer, Construction, and Commercial loans. Duties also include contract collections and/or insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in banking, loan servicing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience to fulfill the essential functions of the position. Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment.
- Ability to accurately and consistently apply knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to loan servicing.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, ability to retain and recall information, and strong organizational skills.
